Cyclists of all ages are invited to join the Hartbeespoort Cycling Club (HCC), a non-profit club whose mission is to promote cycling in the Brits/Hartbeespoort and surrounding area.

Since the inception of HCC about 17 years ago, the cycling enthusiasts have made considerable progress in developing a club that is geared to serve the needs of the communities and the club members.

“Our members are made up of recreational riders, racers, para-cyclists and bike commuters. We encourage everyone to join our ranks in an effort to promote bike safety overall. We are affiliated with Cycling South Africa and offer a variety of cycling events under the governance of professional guidance. Our club management has embraced the challenge to grow the club to fulfil the expectations of all its members and to encourage more persons to join this healthy and challenging sport.

“We have regular club rides and invite members to join our club activities. Mountain bikers are escorted by experienced riders on the great variety of mountainous terrain of the Magaliesberg region. For road bikers we organize support vehicles and safe escorts to face all the challenges we are confronted with on our roads. We invite all cyclists to visit our website and join the cycling club on http://hartiescyclingclub.wix.com/hartiescyclingclub.
